Are you an experienced Michigan loan originator with your own business sources?  Unhappy with your current shop or want to earn a better commission split?  We are a full service Michigan Mortgage Lender and Broker.  We are FHA and VA approved and, of course, we do conventional and jumbo financing.  In business since 1996, Prime Capital Mortgage has an excellent reputation with area Realtors.  We are a reputable boutique lender and our Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office is located on Woodward between Maple Rd and Big Beaver Rd.  We have relationships with the top national wholesalers and have excellent pricing so you'll be extremely competitive and we close most of our loans in our company name using our GFE and TiL so you don't have to worry about duplicate disclosures confusing your borrowers!  We know how to work within all of the new rules that are confounding many other lenders and we know how to get loans approved in today's tough lending environment.  We guide you and advise you on how to structure tough loans.   You turn in your complete loan applications and we process, approve and close your deals!

Applicants must be Michigan licensed registered loan officers with a minimum of 3 years experience and be able to generate their own business leads.  Our office operates at the highest standards and we expect all loan officers to exhibit intergrity and honesty in the loan origination process.    Earn an unlimited income with commission splits up to 60%!  Health insurance and Retirement Savings Plan available.  No draw or guaranteed salary.
